A. We are the exclusive distributor for our labels in Australia, New Zealand, and Oceanic countries. 

Q. Which labels do you distribute?

A. We are the exclusive distributor in Australia and New Zealand for Dirt Tech Reck, Electrostatic, Limited Network, Scan, Soul Touch, Underground Resistance, Yaxteq, and more.

Q. Why do you hide prices if people haven't logged in?

A. This is a precaution to protect retail stores like you. We hide our wholesale prices to prevent a record collector from coming to our site and confusing our wholesale prices with retail prices.

Q. What is the minimum order amount?

A. We have a minimum order threshold of $100, below this price labor, shipping, etc tends to make less sense. This said, we are humans; contact us if you have a special need for an order smaller than $100

Q. Are your items in stock in Australia or are they drop-shipped from Detroit?

A. Everything listed on our website is in-stock in Melbourne, we ship from Fitzroy North. Inventory is accurate, so if you are able to order the quantity, it should be fulfilled entirely.

Q. How do I adjust quantities to order multiple quantities?

A. We're still making tweaks to our website. For now, we recommend order all the of the titles you want - then adjusting the quantities in your basket prior to purchase.

Q. Do you accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayID, Paypal, etc?

A. We process payments via Stripe which processes all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.

Q. Do you offer payment terms?

A. No. All purchase must be paid for prior to delivery / pickup. No exceptions.

Q. Do your prices include GST?

A. Yes, all prices listed on the site include GST.

Q. How do you handle shipping?

A. We ship via Australia Post as well as offering customer pickup from our Fitzroy North warehouse.

Q. Why is shipping calculated as flat rate depending on destination?

A. The service we used to built our site currently isn't as flexible as needed for calculating highly variable shipping needed for a distribution business (although they will be adding a plugin that fixes this imminently). To keep things simple we are currently pricing via flat rate for regions based on the lowest price found for distribution quantities. We calculated this to be equal to or even less than Australia Post charges for quantities of 30 records, which means that larger orders are effectively discounted shipping for you the customer. We aren't sure how long we can maintain this system, and welcome any feedback or suggestions on how to reduce postage costs.

Q. What relationship do you have with Submerge and Underground Resistance?

A. Escaped Distribution ANZ is part of Submerge. In 2022 Submerge renamed their USA distribution company Escaped Distribution and named the Southern Hemisphere satellite Escaped Distribution ANZ to reflect the countries it services.
